Queen Emma Ballet presents an original two act ballet, L’Artiste, with choreography by Artistic Director Therese Wendler and QEB's team of talented instructors and performed by a cast of 121 dancers ages four to eighteen.

Be transported into the mind of an artist through their emotional and creative journey. See the burst of colors from our world that inspires-- with bluebirds, precious stones and the sea --represented in dance. View the artist’s struggle where shadows and phantoms bring in doubt and despair. Enjoy the rich tapestry of classical and contemporary music, including Saint Saens, Bach, Tchaikovsky, Aaron Copeland and more. All this is woven together as the colors dance on a canvas to finally create a work of art by “ L’ Artiste”.
