Yes, we are
full speed ahead with Spring Celebration 2010! Costumes are ordered, dances are
well-underway and dates and times are being finalized. Here is the current
update:
New Parent Orientation and Spring Production Meeting!
When: Wed.,
March 17, 2010, 6:15pm St. Patrick’s day! Wearing green optional!
Where: St.
Peter’s Church Parish Hall (beneath our downtown studio).

Who: Parents
whose children are participating for the first time in one of our productions,
it is so important that you attend this
meeting! Class moms and chairpersons: it would be wonderful to have in
attendance as well.
Why: You
will get important particulars about what you need to do and know to insure
your child is well-prepared for this event. This is a big undertaking and
requires a lot of pieces fitting together like clockwork! You will also have
the opportunity to chat with your child’s instructor! Class moms and
chairpersons, its a great time to meet your parents, pass on information and
recruit! We also expect to have our theater schedule pinned down by then.
Spring Break Schedule: Mon-Fri. March 22-26
Unfortunately, spring break occurs for different schools at
different times. QEB’s break is just five
days, March 22-26, Monday thru FRIDAY. WE
ARE HAVING CLASS ON SAT. MARCH 27 to make-up for the cancellation on Sat, Feb.
27. We realize many of you have trips planned but if you are in town,
please attend every class as we need the time for rehearsal to maximize dancer
preparedness for the upcoming show!
Costume Payments Due! Enclosed in this
mailing is your costume invoice. We’ve already paid for them and need to be
reimbursed so please remit as soon as possible—our bank account will appreciate
it!
